Preparing for a Visit for Newly Adopted Pet
If this will be your first visit to White Ivie, please bring in a stool sample from your new pet. Also, If there are previous medical records, bring a copy or ask the previous hospital to FAX it to us at 650.583.9971.
The appointment typically takes 45-60 minutes and there will be a nominal new pet consult fee.
If your new cat is soiling your house, please complete this questionnaire before your appointment.
